The executive order - RP65 - had an opt out.

When one person points out that something is "wrong", nothing bothers me more than to hear a response that you can "opt out". Don't first usher me in only to later tell me that if I don't like my liberty being taken by government I have the ability to "opt out". Don't "opt" me in in the first place.

“Don’t “opt” me in in the first place.”

Really? So you are opposed point-blank to every vaccination policy in America?

You’re free to feel that way if you wish, but it is sophistry not to understand that an opt out option is huge. Hell, I would love an opt out option with the IRS. With the NLRB. With the DOE. With OSHA. With EEOC. Don’t disparage an opt out. It is often the difference between being annoyed and being ruled.
