Yes, it sounded that way. Wooley did not want parental permission or even notification before a minor girl could get an abortion. Sarah wanted notification and parental permission but then settled with the liberal Senate and went with the compromise requiring at least notification to parents before a minor girl could get an abortion. I’m surprised Sarah would be accepting of ANY abortion for minor girls, but she must have been dealing with a bunch of progressive loonies up there and did what she felt she had to do to, getting the best results she felt she could.
