You only saw what you wanted to see. She was not bitter, and not down, she was upbeat, feisty, and in in good spirits. She looked different because her hair was short and not piled up on her head.

She is not taking any sh!! from backstabbing liars. She gave compliments to people that deserved them, and Newt was very excited and complimentary about her Iowa speech.

The other poster thought her calmer presentation was possibly bitter or angry. I just noted she seemed down, not bitter or angry necessarily, just not vibrant like she usually is. I also wondered if she was trying to act more presidential. I just couldn’t tell other than she just was not as spirited as usual.

Do you not think she can act any way other than silly and goofy?

Ah, the Perry supporters. Spending so much time dissing Sarah and at the same time crying because she hasn’t declared yet. The smell of fear is strong here. Sarah appears, Perry disappears. It’s going to be that simple. Keep looking over your shoulders, Mama Grizz is coming.

And she ALSO could have been tired, or is she not allowed to do that EITHER according to you?

And one more thing I should have clarified. (Sorry I forgot this in my previous two posts in response to your comment.)

Not only do I allow Sarah Palin the opportunity to be real (which apparently you won’t allow her to be), but I LIKE Sarah Palin. There is nothing wrong with Newt complimenting her. She deserved the credit for a good speech. Her speech in Iowa was very idealist, right on the mark. Also, her 5 points of what a good plan for America would look like directly aligns her vision of America with the strongest points Rick Perry is already known for in Texas. Rick Perry has the ability to move her onto the national scene, and then those two working together on the national scene, defending the Constitution and bringing back the America they both know can be would be dynamite. Why do you think the Obama camp is working so hard to minimize her by their use of the silly cultism / worship-Sarah-no-holds-barred mantra they use here and in other web media to make both Sarah Palin and her supporters look like loonies? But then again, I think you probably have some personal insight to that answer already.
