Funded by the US/CDC? As in taxpayer money? For a vaccine for sexual promiscuity? Sarah Palin allowed that? No Sarah had NO say what the Bush administration and the US Congress put into motion via the CDC. And we the taxpayers mandated by the federal government paid for it for the 'poor' girls.
