Where in the Constitution does it mandate that an illegal will get a special privilege over a citizen?

Maybe if I type slower you'll be able to understand. I NEVER said anything about illegals, I was saying that the 10th amendment gives any power, not specifically granted in the Constitution to the states and the people thereof. That means.....now concentrate.....Texas gets to decide for itself what it wants to do within its borders.

By the way, you might try reading it, it's fairly simple, anyone with two brain cells to rub together can understand it. It never once mentions illegals. Anywhere.

Oh, and where does the Texas Dream act say illegals get special privilege over citizens? You want to run and look that up?
