They tried, but I wish they would hammer the fact that it’s a state’s rights issue. If the people of Texas want to give these tuition breaks, so be it - it’s the people’s choice. If Massachusetts or Utah don’t then they won’t. The issue is should it be Federal policy? No, of course not!

Right. When Bachman said it wasn't ok for MA to have their healthcare I thought what's different from Obama. If you favor controlling the people on any issue, you're off my list. That's one thing I love about Perry, he has always been 10th Amendment.
