DALLAS (AP) — A 22-year-old mother was facing child abuse charges Friday after police say she glued her toddler daughter's hands to a wall, kicked her in the stomach and beat her over a potty training issue.

Joselyn Cedillo, 2, was on life support with multiple internal injuries at a Dallas hospital Thursday, The Dallas Morning News reported (http://dallasne.ws/pKJtEb ). A hospital spokeswoman told The Associated Press she had no information on the girl Friday.

You do understand that is quite normal today in large minority populations and now to a degree in the white community.

Each kid is a cash cow:
SSI, EBT cards, WIC, $1,500 tax credit....and child support under the table with the threat of non payment....talking baby daddy to court !

Baby daddy must have been behind in cash payments so the precious little girl was just a tab bit less valuable to baby mamma....what the heck she can always pop out another....

The MSM tries to hide it but local papers reporting the incidents of 10 to 12 year olds birthing in local hospitals is getting more common. Dodge City, Garden City, and Liberal Kansas as examples.

Exactly right, those kids are cash tickets. The thing is, as soon as the sperm donor finds out, he runs back to Mexico and disappears then comes back in another route with a new name, and you cant pin them anyway.
