Apparently Mary used to be more liberal/moderate. She wrote a book “Growing Up Again”.

How ironic. What was said of MTM in the theme song “who can turn the world on with her smile....make it all seem worthwhile...” is sort of true of Palin too.
No one’s ever said that about Asner or his character Lou Grant.....
