That would be a game changer.
Libya and Sudan don’t count for much. Don’t think much of Iran, except for their nuclear potential, either.
But giving Turkish aircraft basing rights in Syria or Egypt would get them much closer to the action and the dogpile of Turkish, Syrian and Egyptian air forces would be nightmare for the Israelis.
The Egyptians can throw in 240 more F-16s and some Phantoms, Mirages, and MiG-21s. The Syrians are less capable with MiG-29s, MiG-25s and MiG-23s, and MiG-21s. They Syrians also have some Fencers and Fitters.

I agree that Libya and Sudan wouldn’t count for much, beyond suicide bomber pools, but like you said I think that Egypt and Syria are the real problems here due to their proximity. Iran, while on the other side of the Middle East, is going to have nukes soon if they don’t already and I’ll bet dollars to donuts that if this heats up, those nukes get shipped to Turkey or Syria for launch against Israel. The closer they are to their target, the less time Israel has to react, which is never a good thing.
