The mere presence of some 30 million illegals in America has a significant impact on our politics. Congressional numbers are set based on census numbers and 30 million illegals have likely led to the creation of dozens of illegitimate democrat seats.
Why the inside the beltway GOP chooses to make things harder for us is beyond me. I guess its a power thing. Once it becomes nearly impossible to get elected as a republican, they’ll just switch parties.
I read some of the Comments at the article site. I do believe that the town’s people are starting to get angry at the ‘powers-that-be’.
It took time for this problem to fester, how much time will it take to lance the boil and get the healing started?
This is similar to how things were before the run up to the first civil war, with exception of the source of the indentured servants. The names and places have changed, but the practices haven’t changed. The powers to be have a nation of over 100 million laborers south of the border to exploit, and unlike the slaves of the past, they will actually run to their new masters in the north to be exploited, rather than be subjected to the cruelty and hardship of their masters at home.
My wife and I are “young” seventy year olds. We have seen an interesting trend when some teachers/school administrators and principals, we know, retire.
They still are democrats, but they have become very outspoken about the illegals.
Over the past 3 decades, they have seen the damage the illegal spawn have done to their schools from diverting money for good students to teaching the illegals how to speak/read English and to do basic math. Then, the illegal gang violence and bullying in schools gets worse each day.
The sad thing is most will continue to vote for the rats, who enable and reward the illegals.
