Yes. Was watching online the weather station in State College and the meteorologist reported that the remnants of Irene were moving back towards central PA.
I have been hearing about the drought situation in the US, but we have been getting well over 5" of rain a month since April. We are already above our average rainfall for the year. Ours has been spread out unlike you folks in the east.

Hershey Park is underwater. Most major highways closed...and it’s still raining!
