At first I wished Perry would answer the question, but after he finished I liked his answer — why deal with how it started, when we need to deal with what we have before us.
And it IS a Ponzi scheme — when the kids reach retirement, there won’t be enough people paying in to pay for them, unless the payouts are limited.
