1- Major Heath Kelly - Reno 35 - father with kids - decorated field artillary offier - Commander of Joint Force Service in Carson City
2- Sgt First Class Christian Riege - Reno 38 -father with kids - Afghanastan from 2009 to 2010 - also in Navy for 2 years
3- Sgt First Class Miranda McElheney - 13 years in Guard, owned small nearby baking company,
4 - Civilian - Florence Gunderson, 67, South Lake Tahoe, husband retired Marine Corps was with her and injured
- Perp was a citizen and history of mental illness that is being investigated.
- No other person involved.
- Cannot conclude military was targeted since equal amount of civilians were shot.
- ATF looking into where Perp got guns
