She’s watching them struggle through on their own”

Well that’s true of Romney and Bachmann.

But it’s not true of Perry. He is not struggling at all. He’s doing quite well, now. It doesn’t matter if that makes a bunch of freepers mad. Perry is cruising as of right now. Will he slide in the future, even the near future? Maybe. But for now, he’s doing extremely well in every objective category.

She knew she was not ever going to run for president, when she quit as governor of Texas, but is having fun teasing and fooling everyone, while she rakes in the $$$. I don’t begrudge her for taking advantage of her celebrity status, after all we are still living in a good capitalist system. But for her to KEEP teasing and keeping her supporters dangling is NOT a good quality, it shows she doesn’t really care about her supporters.

I'm taking you at face value that you used to be very pro-Palin, and that the only thing that's changed your opinion is her failure to officially declare her candidacy. That course of events has lead you to the conclusion that, as you stated, when she resigned her Governorship she knew she was never going to run for President.

My question to you is a hypothetical. If she does become a candidate, will it affect your objection to her if one of the fundamental premises of your objection is demonstrably false?
