Wouldn’t you expect that in Illinois? I think it goes like this.. We need money for 500 miles of “ infrastructure” and they claim a rounding error with 500 feet. Seriously, I never travel more than 50 to 100 miles without “roadwork” signs. I guess we drive 4000 miles a week, at least. Just in Chicago and I can say it was no different than construction in Dallas.
I expect once job is done, it is done. Not every fraking year.. Expect a call spend more on high speed choo choo..
