Didn't the government already spend a trillion dollars on "shovel-ready projects"? How can there possibly be a single shovel-ready project left?

Somebody needs to explain to the White House that there are a lot of people in this country who are not union construction workers.

They should just throw that quote right back at him. He admitted the basis of his previous stiumlus plan was a fraud, now he wants to do it all over again.

Or, they could just point out that a fence would also count as a construction job, so let’s just build the border fence.
