This legislation is a stunt. It won’t get pass the 60 vote filibuster threshold in the Senate and will be subject to a certain veto. It needs to be attached to the debt ceiling bill or some other Rat-supported legislation.

It wouldn’t see the light of day. Reid can simply let it die (just like a lot of other ‘unwanted’ legislation) thereby protecting his Rat senators.
