Why the hang up on how many people are there

You don't think it matters? Really?

I am blown away by the attacks from freepers here towards me for posting my observations and disappointment.

It’s not so much that you’ve expressed your disappointment that’s starting to grate on people. It’s that you’ve done it seven times now (checked your posting history). Honestly, whether you intend it or not, it’s starting to look like disruption. Please consider giving it a rest now. Your disappointment has been made abundantly clear to all.

Hang in there, Coastie.

It would've been nice to see 10,000 show up today, but it is a field in rural Iowa, it is raining, it is college football opening day, and a lotta folks are scared we might end up with another McLame next year.

Stay around here long enough and sooner/later you'll get your ass flamed for somethin', merited or not.

It'll pass .. look at it as psychic callouses for next year

It Can’t Be Done

The man who misses all the fun
Is he who says, “It can’t be done.”
In solemn pride he stands aloof
And greets each venture with reproof.
Had he the power he’d efface
The history of the human race;
We’d have no radio or motor cars,
No streets lit by electric stars;
No telegraph nor telephone,
We’d linger in the age of stone.
The world would sleep if things were run
By men who say, “It can’t be done.”
