I actually think that California CAN be saved..but first the state has to hit rock bottom, and hard, and fast...it really hasn't penetrated the Dems in Sacramento that there are NO more funds coming from DC.

Cal will need the equivalent of bankruptcy..ALL of those insane pensions and medical benefit deals to retires will have to be cut..by 40-50%...there is NO alternative...
