Stop the illegal education Bill now. You can’t continue to spend money that you don’t have. No more spending Bill’s should be approved until the unemployment gets down to 4%.
The ONLY thing that will SAVE California is if a 15 on the Rechter(sp?) Scale Earthquake hit Sacramento and KILLED the ENTIRE State Government Appperatus, then California could start over. Other than that it’s HOPELESS!
