Actually I believe it would be perhaps a bit more accurate to say they follow the premises set forth in the Marxist doctrine initiated so many years back in Europe then spreading to the then un-raveling Czarist Russia with Lenin's careful ears... back in those fateful days shortly after the turn of the century. Govt worker scams just never end———recall the Cali police chief who was cashing his govt salary AND collecting disability at the same time.

An elected state official was cashing state checks and state pension checks at the same time.

Another state elected offical double dipping at a govt job was also collecting a state pension check for the self-same job.

Once they get their hands in the till——like practiced crooks-——God only knows how many govt checks these people are cashing.

Not to mention clueung their families in on asst govt check scams.
