Secretary of Rock & Roll sounds about right for Thoroghgood (sic?).
But, how about Kinky Friedman (sic?)?
He needs a cabinet post and America NEEDS him! Heh.... (hope this isn't a double post....can't tell....if so, one post for Thorogood and one post for Kinky Friedman.)
