*ANY* conservative candidate will be ridiculed as “dumb”. It’s the rats go-to meme. Thus it will always be, since Leftists define intelligence as "being able to see that Socialism is THE WAY". When somebody disagrees with them, they dismiss him as being "ignorant". When that doesn't work, they declare him evil.
