Watching the news now and there is a lot of major damage from flash flooding.

Yes...it WAS over-hyped, but when it reached its terminus up in Vermont I thought it would be weakened and petered out..I didn’t think Vermont would take the hit that it has...when it came through MA, I thought it would have spent so much that it would just be some heavy rain.
I didn’t know how heavy. Boy, was I wrong about that. They are really taking it on the chin up there.
