No NYC busses either. Labor issue, I’m told. Drivers won’t work if the trains don’t run.

Doesn’t shutting down the subways leave people no option but to stand upstairs IN the storm hoping for a bus to come along? Do you REALLY want to be in an underground subway tunnel in a potential flooding situation? Everybody with any sense is staying home or had relocated to higher ground by noon.
