Do you have any blankets or such that you can hang in front of the windows to prevent glass from flying around? Just in case
Yes the loss of those old oaks was hard to take. I was no longer living at home but they didn’t go to waste. Daddy cut them all up for fire wood.
He had a fireplace insert and I think those old oaks provided stove wood for a couple of years.
