The one thing I will always respect about GWB is regardless of his political stance, I always felt like I was getting the truth. Not so much with this guy. He showed a little nasty side a couple of days ago too. To me he is looking more like LBJ than GWB.
Good remarks. Makes sense. I don’t know much about Perry. Just an impression. I still think GWB is a good man. Perry, the jury is out. I saw the movie W, and even though they were trying to make him look bad, I still liked what I saw. Yes, the economy went to hell in a hand-basket as his term came to a close. But something in me can’t help but thinking it was all by design from the Clinton years to hand the nomination to Hillary. The only problem is, Obama came along. I think Bush got too sucked into the war, and forgot to see what was going on at home. That doesnt make him bad, he’s a human, we all mess up, when we least suspect it.
