People don’t realize the hidden freedoms in low-carbing. Spoon out enough flour and bread crumbs to make 15-30 carbs, depending on what level you’re at, then fry up a pound of shrimp, chicken, or chicken fried steak, clams, what have you. Still 15 carbs or whatever you used.
Had fresh steamed clams for dinner tonight. Yummy!
