Just got RadarScope application for my Android phone today. It’s available for iPhone and Mac, too. See http://www.basevelocity.com/

It serves up NEXRAD Level 3 data (like GRLevel3).

It shows the tornado watch outline. Select the nearest radar station (KMHX) and Storm Relative Velocity Tilt 1 and zoom in. You can see the rotating couplets within the storm rotation.

(I have no connection to BaseVelocity - just a happy user.)

that looks interesting but pretty expensive for an ap. Well I don’t have that many so not sure what is high & reasonable. I do have a couple paid ones & they were 2.99, I added the Hurricane ap yesterday & it was 2.99 and has a lot of good information and maps.
