Just posted the latest radar image from Weather Tap over the Norfolk area. Heavy rain bands, water levels coming up and tremendous storm surge. It is going to be a rough couple of hours!

7:21 on Saturday. LOL!!! It was closed long before 7:21. For all intents and purposes it was closed at noon, with few exceptions maybe for evacuees still leaving and first responders getting back on.
