I worked for Chappie at old Ent AFB back in 1976, helping move his HQ over to the Chidlaw Bldg. We then gave Ent to the Olympians...

Chappie retired the next year and a year later he had a heart attack and died.

Chappie James dealt with Colonel Gaddafi when he was commander of Wheelus AFB in Libya in 1969.

Yeah, I was just being sarcastic - you know, referring to Obama's inclination to blame everything on someone else, including but certainly not limited to "whitey".

Remember the line from one of his books, "White man's greed runs a world in need" or something like that...

I realize that there are and have been many pilots who are/were African-American, and many other minorities are in the military as well.

I am sure you would never hear General James saying the kinds of things that Obama says. Men like Daniel James are not the problem, men like Obama most definitely are...
