Store that are open at night are going to have to do service through a slitted door.

To only let one or a few in at a time doesn’t stop that one person from holding the door open for their 50 buddies.

A possible solution for that is to install rotating doors. Sure, they’re more expensive and require more room, but they can’t be held open. Install a button next to it so customers can get out, have an override switch for the cashier.
