Not out of context.

In interview after interview she denies being for amnesty but says she is for ‘a pathway to citizenship’ because its the ‘humane thing’ to do and because they ‘come pursue an American dream’. The only difference between her and McCain is that she is for ‘registration’ he is for ‘regulation’.

Nice try, but she specifically said if they register and are cooperative while we go through the process of Immigration reform...

"O'REILLY: Now, you have these people that register. You're going to have millions of them. Then they register and they say, OK, we obeyed what President Palin told us to do. Then what? Do you give them green cards to work right away? What do you do with them?
PALIN: You know, there has to be that expectation that they will work and that they will contribute. Bill, it makes me uncomfortable that we're even going down that path so far…
O'REILLY: You have to though.
PALIN: …when -- no, no.
O'REILLY: You have to go down the path because it's going to come up.
PALIN: American citizens who are here lawfully, they need to be the ones with the first shot at getting these jobs. We cannot make it easy on those who have chosen to be illegally here to disobey our laws. No.

She's actually answering to 3 questions/remarks made by O'Rino. Do we deport them all, do we give them green cards, and will everyone be allowed to work. O'Ass hat doesn't even know that a Work Permit is far different from a Green card (Resident Permit) yet he won't shut up.
She's saying they must comply with registration laws and apply for a work permit and/or Visa and Residency BEFORE we can begin to write any new laws on immigration. And, she's alluding to allowing those to work who have fully complied. But, again, O'Bumbo won't let her finish a sentence.

So, it was an out of context accusation. It has been so judged this 18th day of august......lol
