Today has been a busy day. Obama also just issued what amounts to an amnesty by Executive Order. This is just another EO to divide and polarize. The federal government has the most diverse workforce of any organization in the country. In fact, blacks are overrepresented. This is all part of his election strategy to energize minorities.
Hispanics can be of any race. 54% of Hispanics self-identify as white. I wonder how the government decides if you are Hispanic or not. One drop rule?
