Bill Clinton opened hunting season on heterosexual white males in the Federal Government. I never noticed that effort being reversed!! Why should we expect a RINO, like Romney for example, to reverse affirmative actions by Obama.

How about hiring groups that do not speak or read English? We need more of them in government to drive us crazy.
Whites are 72% of the US population. Looks like at 66% they are underrepresented!

Actually at 17.7% of the federal workforce, blacks are over-represented by almost 50% compared to their share of the overall population.
Blacks are about 11 or 12 percent of the population, not 17.7. Pacific/ Asian people are nowhere near 5.6% of the population.

You are correct to dispute this. It's more like 25% of all Fed employees. However, only 17.3% actually work (if you want to call it that).

Actually, the fewer white workers in federal government, it’s probably the better. That means that many fewer democrat voters. The blacks will continue vote democrat even if their location gets as bad as Detroit.
