Why is the fact that this is on Facebook even relevant? What if he, like Frank Turek, on his own time wrote a book expositing the harmful nature of homosexual behavior? Would he, like Turek, be fired for speaking the truth?

It's getting nauseating beyond words how the "gay" has become so sacrosanct, you can't say the least disparaging thing about it and not be stoned.

If this section does not run afoul of the 1st Amendment:

Posting as a citizen about a non-job related matter of public concern (elections, environmental issues, etc.) and making comments that negatively affect the district’s effectiveness or efficiency or otherwise disrupt the workplace.
