Casey Anthony's legal team tells TMZ they will fight the judge who just rejected their claim that Casey served her probation for check fraud while she sat in jail during her murder trial ... and if they lose Casey will have to return to Florida in 11 days.
Had you all heard this?
I don’t think that many people care.
There are more important things .. That affect US ALL right now and Casey Anthony isn’t one of them!
They are right. She should be in prison.
She should be on Old Sparky.
Since you feel so strongly, why not contact the Admin Moderator if you think the article should not be posted on this forum, rather than annoy those who may wish to read it?
I care this is part of whats wrong with this Country. Noobie
Wouldn’t you think this confusion of a state would have figured that out before releasing Ms. Anthony. Perhaps Pennsylvania is the Keystone State but Floriduh is known for Keystone Kops.
You are NOT the thread police AND you are a newbie. Keep your mouth shut til you make your bones.
Your an @$$ and have NO IDEA how long ANYONE has been on this site .. NooB!
And I’ll say it again .. Casey Anthony wont attract a lot of attention on these forums because NOT MANY give @ D@mn.
An indicator should be in the # of posts that you see here and .. 3 of them are mine!
No, all I heard was that Judge Perry wanted her back in Florida. He was also accused in the papers of being “bitter.” Gee, I wonder why.
Her legal team argues she served her probation while in jail. Duh. Probation must be pretty easy when you’re in solitary.
It is assumed she is not in the state. Considering the original charge is a misdemeanor, then if I were her I would stay where I was. It is unlikely that Florida would extradite someone from another state for something petty like this.
The taxpayers already spent a whole lotta bucks on a failed prosecution. Economically makes sense to just let this drop instead of spend another 100 grand on having her serve out probation.
Casey Anthony should have to live up to her probation.
It is never good to allow a maniac like her to skate from even the smallest of charges.
She was ordered to probation. She should do it and be very glad this is only price she will pay for child abuse and the murder of her daughter.
To not live up to this, she will be making herself even more reviled.
You must have missed the massive Anthony threads.
Unlike you, we can walk and chew gum at the same time.
There are many threads waiting for you. Just pack up and find one.
People like you do the same to the people here who enjoy their Rush Radio threads. They like it and enjoy it. Not everyone does. People who don’t can play elsewhere.
It’s so weird to me that people resent the Casey Anthony threads. Would they have felt that way with OJ? As you say, most of us can do two things at once.
Maybe it should be the “Casey Anthony Caucus,” lol!
By the way, I hope she’s dragged back to Florida in chains and forced to serve out her probation sitting in Mama Cindy’s living room.
I get po’ed when people jump on a thread they aren’t interested in to tell us we shouldn’t be. And if we are interested, that we are ignoring all the strife in the country.
I suppose, like you, I can’t focus on politics and Obama 24/7.
Sometimes I would post on a Rush thread. I don’t much anymore, but you would always have the few that couldn’t stand that people did this daily and enjoyed the company of other FReepers just shooting the bull, not just the show.
Is that old wind bag still on the air ?
I think that's how it will play out as well...though the Attorneys may not want to throw in the towel.
Personally the less press time she has the better IMO. Though I am interested to see how this ultimatley plays out..and finishes. The sooner the better she is out of the media.
