When you assess the integrity of a politician, what really matters in the end is how good they are at keeping promises.

Let’s make it simple:

RINO = promise breaker.

Conservative = promise keeper.

Nobody can disagree with such a noble sentiment.

But that’s NOT the definition of a conservative. Otherwise, we’d have to say Obama is a man of integrity and he’s also a conservative because as promised, he delivered on his “healthcare” plan.
