I myself have participated in a number of discussions with SP opponents where the tome and discourse were totally normal with no hate, accusations and so on. Happens all the time. Don’t equate PDS to disagreement as they are very different things. Maybe I hang out on the wrong threads, but my experience has been that any disagreement with Palin of any sort, even policywise, is usually jumped on by one or two Palin-supporter "thread monitors" who then ping the rest.
