Obama never would have even ran, if the corrupt crooks that ran the Illinois GOP hadn't chased out the incumbent republican senator (and you can thank Mr. Dennis Hastert for that). Senator Fitzgerald was told point blank he was getting primaried, and that he still wound not have support even in the general election.
To this day, I will always curse the Illinois GOP, what they did to this country, is criminal, and they have blood on their hands for what Obama has wrought.
