In addition, he was convicted of insider trading in 2006 for trying to take over a French bank. He is constantly pulling the strings of his surrogate organizations which insert themselves into other countries’ affairs. His actions are those of someone who thinks he can run the world. A true-life Bond villain, but where is James Bond when we need him?
