WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Barack Obama has hosted a traditional Ramadan break-the-fast dinner at the White House, using the occasion to recognize Muslim survivors of the Sept. 11 terror attacks and to thank Muslims for their service to the country.
The president said that, with the 10-year anniversary of 9/11 coming in a month, it's a good time to remember that people of many backgrounds died in the 2001 attacks, including Muslim Americans.

IIRC there were 19 Muslims who died in those attacks.

WTF. Barry doing always saying stuff that sounds plausible

But getting it exactly opposite to the truth.
The Muslims at this Iftar at the White House including Rep. Ellison,
should have made a special apology to all Americans for their
Muslim brethren carrying out this attack, this would have been a
opportune time for it, coming at Ramadan before the 10th Anniversary
of 9/11.
Why is the President commending Muslims. They should show
sensitivity to us.
In 2001 any author who wrote a story about an incompetent, half-black, muslim sympathizer being elected president only 7 years after 3,000 Americans were killed by a muslim sneak attack would have been laughed out of the business.
Or worse.
In 2011 it's a nightmare come true.
Muslims = good;
Americans peacefully protesting against taxes in the tradition of the Founding Fathers = Terrorists.

hey dad,
today is a good day. we have a rotating cleaning roster and today is my day to clean and its the closest thing to a day off is your gonna get around here. you just wake up and clean the kitchen, living room and the showers. it couldn’t come at a better time. all is well here on the flight line though. we went last night to a fallen comrade ceremony for the 31 who died a couple of days ago. i’ve never rendered a longer salute before in my life nor have i ever been prouder to give it. it was a very sad ceremony but i felt very honored to be there.

We often talk of “common sense” but as words are losing their meaning (and their meaning is being intentionally distorted) common sense should be defined again. Websters says ‘sound judgement based on the facts’. Still not good enough, too much wiggle room for those who intend to mislead. Common sense is understanding cause and effect. And their relationship.
With this definition it is easy to see that those who seek to reign over us do so with intent and contempt.
They are the cause and know the effect. This is not partisan. Bush spent our money foolishly. He is a piker to Obama but cut of the same cloth. Those who intend to reign and expect free men to become their tax slaves.
oddly enough, this little soiree wasnt on his official WH agenda today. Hmmm???
