Looks like Texas and Michigan have representation. What about the citizens from the other 48 states?

Prior to his election to Congress, Fred worked for President Ronald Reagan in the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). While at OMB, he learned from President Reagans example that it does not matter who gets the credit, as long as the job gets done.

Is a political statement made against Paul Ryan? Why isn’t Ryan on this committee? He’s been the Republican point man on budget issues, and has taken a lot of incoming fire from the liberal side.
To: Bigun
I believe bone-er has followed thru on his rino tradition.
Why did he not pick P. Ryan to be on the committee??
Or a few other tparty-ers??
Oh...that's right. Tparty-ers are not rinos.

He hasn’t learned to don the RINO regalia yet.

Possibly, but it could also be protection.
This is an ABSOLUTELY no win position. The members will be slagged across the political spectrum, and when they finish, the best that will emerge is a camel (and an ugly one at that).
I can't imagine anyone that thinks they have a bigger future ahead of them wanting to be mixed up with this losing proposition,
