Good for you Wisconsin! Congratulations Tea Party Conservatives!! I wish it was a clean sweep, but I'm glad you kept control of the government.

My brother called me this afternoon. He lives north of Chicago near the Wisconsin border.

He said he was listening to the Wisconsin election results on the radio. Said it was like living behind the Iron Curtain and listening to Radio Free Europe.

“I look forward to going to Madison to stand up for the working families, seniors and students of Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, Blackwolf, Waupun and all across the 18th district,” (Democrat Jessica) King said in a statement. “Their voices will be once again heard.”

Yeah, their voices will be heard again at the (literal) expense of the poor unfortunates who don't happen to belong to one of her special interest constituencies. Heaven help us if the takers ever become a majority nationally.

Del Rapier: “Congratulations on voting the right way,Wisconsin.”

That’s about the only part of your post that made any sense to me whatsoever. What in the world are you talking about? Freepers who are bitter leftists?!?!

No, but we managed to avoid the take over that was the goal of the whole processes. They failed to reach the goal. Yes, it is a bleeding night for the Republicans that they lost two senators, but we also might regain those next week.

Plenty of Dems will be jumping ships as they realize their party isn’t capable of achieving anything.

Plenty of them will show up at Freerepublic or just keep pushing for more Republicans who are more willing to listen to organized labor.

Generally the really shallow ones who want a party that is supposedly more “pro-white” and more willing to break down doors in the quest for a more orderly society.

Which the Republican party might be the former,in that it offers no ethnicity any preferential treatment but it is not the latter.

I am sorry.

Next election I will be required to show identification and sign next to my name.

That is good news.

This is a loss for Zer0. The huge influx of money did’nt buy a
win for the left.

David Axelrod and Soros failed to pull off the communist coup in WI.

Here in NJ our signature comparison is the only proof we need, unless signatures do not reasonably match. Is that how it has been?

Anyone reading this please share if it is the same in your area?

On a legislative point, do these two wins help the Dems at all? On elections.dailykos.com etc. , they are naturally calling any win a great victory. (Ignore their predictions)

Hallelujah!

I don’t think most conservatives realize what a bellwether achievement this is! The revolution that started in November, 2010 is for real! America is on our side! They are catching on to the treachery of the left.

Wisconsin is leading the way. Scott Walker and the Republicans have displayed as much political courage as I have ever seen. They have held the line against an unbelievably dirty onslaught from Big Labor and they won!

This is a huge, damaging blow to the unions, who put everything into this — much more than the conservatives. There was much, much more at stake for them, and they lost!

The unions are going to start hurting financially because of this. They chose to spend their money here to make an example out of Wisconsin because they dared challenge Big Labor. That means less to spend in 2012.

Keep the pressure on! This is the time for states who don’t already have Right to Work laws to try to pass them, through their legislatures or through initiatives. We need to keep the unions pinned down and make them spend their money fighting as many things as possible.

Many from the left will be discouraged, but the hardcore lefties including their allies in the mainstream media will be madder than ever and *dirtier* than ever. Don’t underestimate the lengths they will go through to smear us. Brace yourselves. It might start with some court fight.

Huge, huge, huge, huge win!

.

The unions might have shot their wad in Wisconsin.

They are obligated to take on a recall fight against Scott Walker this winter, but I don’t think they will have nearly the energy and enthusiasm, and I don’t know if the unions will want to spend even more money on a state-wide campaign when they will have so many other fights on their hands nationwide in 2012.

Keep fighting, people. We are winning.

God Bless the two Republicans who lost their jobs and political careers fighting for freedom and justice. Damn the democrats for their corruption and evil ways.

The ‘Rats are desperate, because Scott Walker’s reforms are starting to have good effect. School districts have gone from chronic shortfalls to surpluses. Jobs are being formed in Wisconsin faster than anyplace else but Texas.

People are beginning to see what it is like once the ‘Rat Remora stops sucking blood. This was the Rat’s last chance to kill the reforms and stem the tide, and they fell short.
