I think you mean recount, right? And what I think happened is she held back 14,000 valid votes so the leftscum would miscalculate the level of fraud needed to steal the election, and then after it was too late for more fraud, she sprung them on the scum. And yes, the leftscum in Wisconsin are that dirty. At least.

If, as some has speculated, she is delaying the final counts until all the Dim votes are in, then she might be the savviest of them all. That prevents the Dims from knowing how many votes they need to beat.
