He’s just pissed off that his remarks yesterday were criticized, and thinks that he is punishing the people by refusing to show his face.
They are going to focus solely on the bad economy. More specifically, how to blame the Tea Party for it.
POTUS: “What the most important thing for us to do today?”
Cabinet: “Deflect blame.”
POTUS: “Exactly. Everything else comes last”
