Good point. I was wondering this morning, "Where are the rest of the people?" It seems to me, that these shop and business owners, and their friends, and their friends, could all don the same color shirts and arm themselves with bats, clubs and knives and drive off, or have them driven off by ambulance, or hearses. Tell the police you're going to do it, and explain to them you're not asking permission. The authorities obviously are not going to stop this, just seemingly wait it out till it stops.
