Former London mayor and future mayoral candidate Ken Livingstone tells the BBC that the anger is fuelled by disengagement.

Well, that says it all. He also said that the thugs aren’t responsible for the way things are. They (the thugs) see the bankers collecting their bonuses and they (the thugs) don’t have a job.
