Bush set up Kennedy killing with involvement from Nixion , Hoover and LJB. Watergate was not to cover up break in but to cover up the guys who broke in , they were involved in Kennedy killing. This is how a one term Congressman , Bush got promoted by Nixon to big jobs like head of RNC and CIA.
