Democrat Adviser: Senator Kerry! Standard and Poors has just downgraded our credit rating because we were unable to control spending and get the American people back to work? What should we do? Take the blame, and tell the American people we need to have real spending cuts from here on out? or Say we are to blame, but the Republicans our also to blame?

John Kerry: Heck No! Lets go on the news shows and shoot the messenger! Tell them S & P is really a tea party front group! In fact tell them the "S" and the "P" stands for Sarah Palin. It's secret tea party code! We'll say that the tea party and Sarah Palin, through S & P are trying to destroy the economy, so Obama will lose in 2012, because they are racists who don't want a black man to succeed.

Adviser: Do you really think the American people are dumb enough to fall for that? After all Standard & Poors is a worldwide rating agency that has been around longer than the tea party or Sarah Palin.
